Where change becomes more human, and growth becomes more real.

Who I am

Bringing clarity to what's human.

My work has spanned behavioral science, organizational development, brand strategy, and leadership advisory. Over time, it became clear that whether the setting was a boardroom, a team in fracture, a relationship under strain, or a person standing at a threshold in life, the real work was always human: helping people see more clearly, live more truthfully, and move forward with courage.

Today I work through coaching and counsel, selective team development, writing, and speaking. Based in Portland, Oregon, and shaped by work across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, I’m drawn to brave conversations and what becomes possible when people stop pretending something lifeless still fits.

This work is for people and teams standing in the middle of change, complexity, and the sense that something old no longer fits. The work is clarifying, disruptive, liberating, and deeply human.

Coaching & Counsel

A focused, honest, deeply human process for people who want real movement — not polished self-description.

Team Development & Alignment

Helping teams think together, challenge well, align clearly, and build trust sturdy enough to carry creative pressure.

Speaking

Conferences, retreats, universities. Thoughtful, candid, responsive to the room — always with conversation, rarely only a podium.

BOOKS

Influence begins
below the surface.

Two books, different in tone but animated by the same question: What actually shapes how we lead, relate, and move through our lives — and what opens up when we're willing to look?
